We hope your River&Ro pieces bring quiet joy, but if you need to return an item, here’s our simple process:

    •    Returns window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Condition: Please ensure items are unworn, undamaged, and with swing tags still attached.

    •    Free gifts: Any free gifts received with your order must also be returned in their original condition.

    •    Postage: The buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once we receive your items and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

    •    Refunds: Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to appear in your account.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as hair accessories) cannot be returned.
